Last week at the Global Leadership Summit, I heard author and speaker Sam Adeyemi of Daystar Christian Centre/Leadership Academy in Nigeria speak about how leaders help others become their best selves, vs. just growing whatever org they serve. Hey, grow people too!

Here’s a pic of one of his slides. When I saw the “r,” I had to snag it. Yes, reinventing probably is less about taking action simply because of the wrench that’s been thrown in our plans. It’s something we might regularly consider. We can ask ourselves if it’s time to let go of something in order to (often courageously) go another way.
